By accessing or using LexiSave (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LexiSave is a vocabulary learning platform that allows users to save, translate, and review words while browsing the web. The Service includes a web application and a browser extension.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's functionality.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the vocabulary data you create (words, lists, notes). By using the Service, you grant LexiSave a limited license to store and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The LexiSave name, logo, and all related software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of LexiSave. You may not use, copy, or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexiSave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
